Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard, inexpensive delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services specified in the contract.
